Supervisor, Boston Arms, Sheffield

If you love all things coffee and craft beer, come and join us at the Boston Arms - a café and micropub based in the suburb of Woodseats. We are passionate about inclusivity and offering something for everyone, whether it be a morning coffee stop, a nice chilled out place to work in the day, or a safe and friendly place to eat and drink in the evenings. We do lots of fun events to suit all our customers, but it is our staff who make the place what it is – a community hub for all to enjoy.

We are looking for a supervisor to join our small but friendly team. To begin with, running our day shifts, so barista experience is a must. As you get settled in, we will provide full training for our evening bartending shifts. If you are not mega into your craft beers that’s fine, we’ll help you learn about our products and gain a strong knowledge of the industry. As a supervisor you’ll also be managing our team and operations as and when required so we are looking for someone who has some experience in management ideally.

Other examples of customer service experience are also a bonus, as we are looking for someone outgoing, chatty and who can be an excellent representative of our brand. Having the confidence to bring ideas to the table is always welcome. We are a relatively new company so this is an opportunity to make this role your own, and grow with the business.

If you feel like you match the above then we’d love to hear from you!
