The Plough Inn Ordering FAQ's

How do I arrange a delivery/collection? We will email within 24 hours of your purchase to confirm a day and time. Food and drink orders that don't contain alcohol must be collected. For any orders that contain alcohol we will arrange local delivery.

I need to customise an order, but couldn't do it on the website? Just let us know when we email you and we will get it sorted for you.

How late can I order? Generally 1 hour before your collection or delivery time should be fine, and we'll be in touch if there are any issues. Last orders must be before 6pm for same day pick up/delivery.

I've not had an email? Please check that the order has been completed. Next check the email junk folder. Failing that get in touch with us directly: info@theploughtwodales.co.uk

How far can you deliver? We currently deliver up to 4 miles from the pub (Two Dales, Derbyshire).

I live outside the delivery radius, can I pick up my alcohol order? Unfortunately due to government restrictions, presently we cannot allow alcohol orders to be collected.

Can I get delivery for non-alcoholic orders? Not at the moment, but we will review this within the next couple of weeks.

Do you open for deliveries/pick ups during the week? No, currently we are open weekends only.
