Bar Team Member, Boston Arms, Sheffield

If you love all things craft & cocktails, come and join us at the Boston Arms in Woodseats. We are a brand new micro bar and coffee shop, looking for enthusiastic people to help us begin our journey. We might be small, but what we lack in size we make up for in passion and knowledge about beer! We source our beers from some of the UK's leading independent breweries, many of which are brewed right here in Sheffield (some of them just down the street).
  • Based at Boston Arms, Woodseats, Sheffield

  • UK Living wage
  • Passionate about great customer service
  • Previous bartending experience desired, but training is provided
  • An interest in craft beer or cocktails desired

As one of the bar team, you will report to the General Manager. You'll need to be comfortable working on your own from time to time. Strong customer service is a must, as well as someone who can multitask, work fast and provide a fantastic service for our customers. We are also keen to integrate you into our company culture, and if you are enthusiastic about beer you will be welcomed on brewery visits, beer expos, conferences and meeting various suppliers.

We also open the Boston Arms in the day as a coffee shop, and although this position is primarily for the evening trade, we would like to be able to train all of our team to be able to do both jobs.
