Shipping Policy
Our shipping is fulfilled by our third party partner, 1 World Print. For parcels damaged in transit please email events@boozehoundsheffield.com with the order number and an image of the damaged item, once received we will send to our partner to issue a reprint and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Below includes the expected delivery times, however if an order has not turned up within this time period, please email us you order number so we can look into this. (Please note due to COVID-19 delivery times may be slightly longer than usual).

UK Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping £3.50 (incl VAT). This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Europe Shipping Costs: International EU Shipping £5 (incl VAT). This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery. Delivery is estimated 5-7 working days from dispatch.
